Shipping policy

Lotus Lane Boutique ships all over the US at $6 flat rate domestic shipping.

At Lotus Lane Boutique, it's our goal to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, our shipping divas work hard to get your order packed and ready to ship within two business days!

Once your item is shipped, you will receive an automated follow up email with tracking number and estimated date of arrival.

Lotus Lane uses USPS/UPS to send all items. Tracking is provided for shipping within the US. 

Lotus Lane Boutique is not responsible for:

• Incorrect entry of shipping address by the buyer. 

• Products that are delayed, lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.

• Products marked delivered by the Post Office. Please contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

• If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the postal service directly prior to contacting us.

CANADA CUSTOMERS:

 

We ship to Canada at a flat $15. Customers are responsible to pay custom fees.
