Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to love our products and be very happy with our service. We will do our best to make it right for you. However, may we ask you to please read our policy before contacting us.
General Order Information
- Please note: Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
- Merchandise may be returned within 7 days from the order date. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.
- We accept one coupon code per order.
- If you purchase an item with a discount of 30% or more or purchase an item in our SALE categories, the items that the code covers are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned to us.
Product Disclaimer:
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in color and/or craftsmanship.
- The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being intricate, delicate and handmade.
- We are thorough and take great care to pack and deliver them to USPS/UPS. However, our products are intricate, delicate and handmade; minor blemishes, loose threads can be expected during shipping and handling. A simple glue can address most issues.
- Any item you purchase is one of a kind. There are no two items in our boutique that are exactly the same. Even if the fabric is from the same dye lot, the unique patterning of colors will always make each item beautifully different.
- Due to the variances in computer monitors, and the various settings for brightness and contrast that users may adjust their monitors to, we cannot guarantee that the color represented in a product image on your monitor is exactly as it appears in the physical world.
Defects or Problems With Your Order?
- If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us at hello@lotuslaneboutique.com within 2 days to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
- When making a return, please reference the original invoice and any notes (written or via email) as to why it is being returned. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We are not responsible for damages to products caused by improper care or handling.
- Jewelry Return policy: In order to protect you and our Lotus Lane family from any additional risk of Covid, novavirus and flu, the following items are all FINAL sale and cannot be returned: jewelry, masks, scarves.
Exchanges
- Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we may not be able to guarantee an exact or similar product.
